Participant feedback

The selection of comments and quotes below are from conversations or letters from participants following their animal phobia sessions.  A big thank you to all those who have agreed for their comments to be published!

"Just had to send you an e-mail about last night. It was fantastic. I honestly cannot believe the progress that all three of us made last night. Yesterday morning I was terrified of spiders, today I really feel like I am cured." (Colin, Edinburgh)

"I remember crying hysterically just a few years before I went to see Jay cos I thought the top of a tomato was a spider!  And now I am more than happy to catch big brutish spiders in glasses and chat to them while I take them downstairs and put them out the door.  In fact, I sort of wish my flat got more spiders in it.  I'm always telling people how amazing the course was and how it's changed my view on spiders.”  (Ffyonna, Edinburgh)

"My partner paid for me to go on the course.  I can't believe that after a couple of hours I would know so much about spiders.  I even managed to hold a tarantula which I never thought I'd ever be able to do.  What a Birthday present!"

"I live on my own and if I knew there was a spider in a certain room, I wouldn't be able to enter.  Jay did a great job explaining how I can control the situation and with his help I was able to catch and remove a number of live spiders by the end of the session.  Amazing!"

"I still don't like spiders, but at least I can now live with them - right, I need a stiff drink!"

"Jay, I just had to let you know - this morning I was faced with a big hairy spider in the bath.  I did exactly what you showed us and now he lives outside.  So excited, Thomas, Edinburgh"

"Thank you for all your help.  For the first time in as long as I can remember, I slept like a log knowing that the spiders weren't interested in me in any way."

"Sonja and I have just returned from our backpacking adventure in Belize - saw some beautiful snakes and spiders (which I think were tarantulas).  Will try to send you the photos, but thanks for all your help.  Just knowing about the animals we saw, made such a difference, especially when camping." (Dave & Sonja, Dundee)

Remember:
Arachnophobia, the fear of spiders, is the most common phobia in Britain but only 1%
of sufferers seek help which is a real shame because... 100% are curable.

Everybody who has attended a session has made incredible progress - some have even gone on to keep spiders as pets!  It really does work, so why not give it a try?

Phone or email to find out availability for the next session.
